Julia Soyka, a Licensed Esthetician and the Founder of Michigan Lash Technician, brings 7 years of exceptional customer service experience. Her genuine passion for forging meaningful connections allows her to effortlessly connect with clients, aiding them in achieving healthier skin, rebuilding self-esteem, and investing in their own wellbeing.

In 2024, Julia obtained a certification as an acne specialist from the renowned skincare line, Face Reality. This certification equips her with the knowledge and expertise to successfully implement and manage an acne bootcamp program, effectively treating various types of acne, including severe cases.

One of Julia's most recent and cherished achievements is becoming a Master Spray Tanner certified by the NSTPA. This certification showcases her dedication to staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques, ensuring exceptional results for her clients.
Paige (Licensed Esthetician)
Paige received her esthetics training at Douglas J Aveda in Royal Oak. In addition to her training, she has continued her education by taking multiple certification courses to gain a more in-depth understanding of the services Michigan Lash Technician provides. Her favorite being Dermaplane Certified!

When Paige is not at work we can guarantee she is with sweet dogs Athena and Ivy, or at her favorite store shopping for any and all necessities!

Lola (Esthetician Apprentice)
Lola began her apprenticeship in 2025 with Michigan Lash Technician, aspiring to become a Licensed Esthetician.
Since the start of her program, she has shown full dedication to learning, mastering, and performing the fundamentals of beauty services. Her passion and work ethic truly shine through in every appointment.
We are honored to welcome her to the team and can’t wait to watch her flourish in the beauty industry.

I went to Paige and she was amazing! I got a lash lift and tint, as well as a brow lamination tint and wax. The lashes turned out amazing!
